The use of industrial materials (concertina garage doors for balconies, metalwork decking, aluminum open stairs) is indeed radical, but does not derive from any intention to shock or to be radical for its own sake.

outside spaces
The project manage to organize interesting outside spaces in collective building.
- The outside circulation is large enough to create a community life.
- On the other side private balconies are organised on the same model.
- The half-underground parking gives a transparency across the building.
